Shipping Policy for B2B Equipment Orders
Clear shipping arrangements for veterinary and pet equipment orders, with methods, costs and delivery timelines confirmed in each sales contract or order.
1. Scope of This Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Shandong ClearSight International Trade Co., Ltd. (“ClearSight,” “we,” “us” or “our”) coordinates shipping and delivery for domestic and international B2B orders.
Because product specifications, quantities, packaging requirements, destinations and project conditions vary between orders, all binding shipping arrangements are governed by the applicable sales contract, confirmed order or other written agreement accepted by both parties.
This policy applies only when shipping, delivery or logistics coordination is included in the relevant contract or order.
2. Shipping Arrangements
The shipping method and delivery arrangement for each order will be confirmed in the applicable sales contract or order.
Depending on the individual transaction, the confirmed shipping terms may include:
Shipping method;
Carrier or freight forwarder;
Place of shipment;
Destination and delivery address;
Consignee and importer information;
Packaging requirements;
Estimated dispatch schedule;
Shipping documents;
Delivery responsibilities;
Applicable trade or delivery terms.
ClearSight will coordinate shipment according to the conditions confirmed for the relevant order.
If this Shipping Policy conflicts with a signed sales contract, confirmed order or other written agreement, the terms of the applicable contract, order or agreement will take precedence.
3. Shipping Preparation
Before shipment is arranged, the parties should confirm the relevant order information, including product specifications, quantities, packaging requirements, destination, consignee details and required shipping documents.
Shipment will be arranged after the applicable production, inspection, payment, packaging and documentation conditions specified in the sales contract or order have been completed.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery, consignee and importer information before shipment is booked.
4. Shipping Costs
The party responsible for shipping costs and the applicable amount or calculation method will be determined by the relevant sales contract or confirmed order.
Depending on the agreed terms, shipping-related costs may include freight, insurance, handling, documentation, storage, customs clearance, duties, taxes, local delivery or other logistics charges.
The allocation of these costs will follow the applicable contract, order and agreed delivery terms.
Any change requested after the shipping arrangement has been confirmed, including a change to the destination, consignee, delivery address, quantity, packaging or shipping method, may affect the shipping cost. Any additional cost will be handled according to the applicable contract or written agreement.
5. Production and Delivery Timelines
Production lead time, estimated dispatch date, transit time and final delivery time are separate stages of the order process.
The applicable production and shipping schedules will be confirmed in the sales contract or order. ClearSight does not apply one fixed shipping time to every product, destination or order.
Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, shipping and delivery dates are estimates based on the information available when the order is confirmed.
Actual transit or delivery time may be affected by circumstances including:
Carrier or freight availability;
Customs clearance;
Port or terminal congestion;
Weather conditions;
Public holidays;
Government inspections;
Changes requested by the customer;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
Events outside the reasonable control of the parties.
ClearSight will communicate material shipping updates when relevant information becomes available.
6. Customs Clearance, Duties and Import Requirements
Responsibility for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, local charges and import compliance will be determined by the sales contract, confirmed order and agreed delivery terms.
Where the customer is responsible for import clearance, the customer must provide accurate importer and consignee information and complete any required local registration, permit, approval or customs procedure.
ClearSight will coordinate export documentation within the scope confirmed in the applicable contract or order.
Customers should verify local import requirements before confirming an order, particularly where the destination country applies product registration, certification, labeling, electrical or medical-device requirements.
7. Shipping Documents
Depending on the product, destination and agreed shipping arrangement, shipping documents may include:
Commercial invoice;
Packing list;
Transport document;
Export declaration documents;
Certificate of origin;
Product-specific documents;
Other documents agreed in the sales contract or order.
The exact document list will be confirmed according to the relevant order. Documents not included in the original agreement may require additional preparation time or charges.
8. Changes to Shipping Information
Customers must review and confirm the delivery address, consignee name, telephone number, importer information and other shipping details before shipment is booked.
Requests to change shipping information must be submitted in writing.
Changes made after booking, dispatch or document issuance may cause delays, amendment fees, storage charges or other additional costs. Responsibility for such costs will be handled according to the applicable contract or order.
ClearSight cannot guarantee that a carrier or freight forwarder will accept a requested change after the goods have been dispatched.
9. Tracking and Shipping Updates
Tracking information or transport documents will be provided when available and applicable to the selected shipping method.
The type and frequency of shipping updates may vary depending on the carrier, freight forwarder, route and shipping arrangement.
Customers should use the contract or order number when requesting a shipping update so that the relevant shipment can be identified accurately.
10. Receipt, Inspection and Shipping Damage
The customer or designated consignee should inspect the external packaging, quantity and visible condition of the shipment upon delivery.
If visible damage, shortage or packaging irregularity is found, the consignee should:
Record the issue on the carrier’s delivery document where possible;
Keep the original packaging;
Take clear photographs or videos;
Retain relevant shipping and delivery documents;
Notify ClearSight within the period specified in the applicable contract or order.
Any transportation damage, shortage or logistics claim will be reviewed according to the sales contract, confirmed order, carrier requirements, insurance terms and supporting documents.
Customers should not discard damaged packaging or goods before the claim review is completed.
11. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Shipping schedules may be affected by events outside the reasonable control of ClearSight or the customer, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, customs delays, port closures, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, public emergencies or other force majeure events.
The handling of delays, additional costs or other consequences arising from such events will follow the applicable sales contract, confirmed order and applicable law.
